Important note: PhilHealth ID and TIN cards are no longer accepted in Pag-IBIG.

How Do I Get a Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card?

As of today, the online application for the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card is unavailable. However, you can apply at the Pag-IBIG branch nearest to you. This is what you must do.

1. Visit the official website of Pag-IBIG Fund.
2. Download the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card application form.
3. Fill up the form completely with the correct details. 
4. Personally submit it to any Pag-IBIG branch office or nearby kiosk. Do not forget to bring other supporting documents and a valid ID.
5. You have to pay Php100 to the branch or kiosk cashier. Retain the receipt for claiming.
6. Have your picture and fingerprints taken at the biometrics section.

8. Wait for your card and PIN Mailer. It will come from the bank personnel. 

Important Note: Your card will be processed within 15 to 30 days. You can also have your card delivered to your office.
